What exactly is the Believe In You Mentorship Program?
The Believe In You Program is an exclusive, 12-month, application-based mentorship pathway designed for highly motivated individuals who want to build a successful real estate investing business but require financial flexibility with their initial upfront tuition. You receive the exact same high-level coaching, tools, and community access as our standard tiers, but with an investment structure that allows you to pay a portion of your tuition through your deal profits.
How do the success-based payment plans work?
For Options 3 and 4, you pay a lower upfront enrollment fee ($5,000 or $3,000 down). Once you begin closing qualifying real estate transactions during the program, your net profits are split 50/50 with HouseWay2Wealth until your total capped program obligation ($20,000 for Option 3; $22,000 for Option 4) is fully satisfied. Once that cap is reached, the profit-sharing agreement completely ends, and you keep 100% of your future deal profits.
Is the quality of training lower if I choose a flexible payment option?
Absolutely not. You receive the exact same live coaching, deal-structure reviews, accountability sessions, and core foundational training as our full-paying members. The only difference is the financial structure. We treat our success-based participants as true joint-venture partners—meaning we are fully invested in making sure you succeed and close deals.
What is considered a "qualifying transaction" for the profit split?
A qualifying transaction includes any real estate deal (e.g., wholesaling, flipping, BRRRR, or creative financing structures) that you analyze, secure, or close using the strategies, forms, team structures, or direct guidance provided during your 12 months in the program. Full legal details are clearly outlined in the separate written agreement provided upon application approval.
What happens if I don't close a deal during the 12 months?
This program requires a serious commitment and real accountability. To maintain your status in the success-based tracks, you must meet minimum program activity benchmarks (such as attending coaching calls, submitting deal analyses, and marketing to your farm area). If you are actively doing the work but haven’t closed a deal yet, we will work with you; however, the program obligation remains active until satisfied.
What advanced strategies are excluded from the core curriculum?
Your core mentorship covers all the essentials needed to scale: target-market development, deal analysis, private money, negotiating, contracts, offers, and exit strategies. Specialty standalone courses covering advanced asset protection, corporate entity structuring, lease options, and advanced tax depreciation are sold separately. However, as a Believe In You member, you receive an exclusive 25% discount on all specialty courses.
